Have an issue with our product?

We're sorry that our product may not have lived up to your expectations, and we hope to rectify the situation in any way that we can. Please send an email to info@sunsewn.com or call 813-530-6931 and let us know the issue. We will work our hardest to make things right.

If we cannot work out the problem, then our customers are entitled to a full refund for any reason up to 90 days after the original purchase. We will refund the original purchase price, and you can keep the product. This offer is limited to once per customer, and is only valid on a single purchase by that customer. 

Have a sizing issue?

Customers are welcomed to return an ordered product in exchange for another size up to three times per year per customer at no additional shipping cost. If your shirt doesn't fit, send an email to info@sunsewn.com or call 813-530-6931 to arrange another size to be sent as well as the return shipping. 

We guarantee that we have a shirt size that will fit you to your liking, or we'll refund your entire purchase and you can keep the product. 

SUNSEWN Apparel LLC reserves the right of sole discretion in determining what claims qualify for a refund and what claims do not. For any reason, SUNSEWN Apparel LLC can deny a claim for a refund.
